PLC control & Touch screen

This machine has PLC control , comes With domestic touch screen and PLC, inverter can be added to replace Siemens PLC and touch screen.The machine is full automatic , very easy to operate,The machine works efficiently. The machine has two working modes, automatic mode and manual mode, which can adapt to the needs of different working conditions.

 

Hydraulic station

The machine has hydraulic .Hydraulic control of material feeding, mold rise and fall, pallets feeding and color pigment feeding machine. Machine runs more smoother and faster. So that the block molding time is shorter , the machine production capacity is higher.

 

Rubber pads

There are 10 rubber pads on the vibration platform for shock absorption, reducing the damage to the machine caused by vibration and prolonging the service life of the machine

 

Double nuts

The main machine mold is fixed with double nuts to prevent the machine from being damaged due to machine vibration and mold loosening, and the machine brick size is inaccurate and other problems.

 

Gear positioning systems

There are gear positioning systems on both sides of the block making machine, and the up and down movement of the mold is always kept horizontal to prevent the mold from tilting. The finished bricks are accurate in size and high in quality

 

Water cooling system
